To lead the development and implementation of key commercial disciplines that directly impact the performance management of key account customers.
1.Lead/support the promotion planning process (monthly rolling price meeting) and evaluate /manage customers’ promotion effectiveness to achieve the annual net selling price (NSP).
a. Lead/support M+2 promotion planning process (including pre-meeting, official meeting, and meeting minutes announcement) to ensure channel balance/better ROI and avoid channel conflicts.
b. Evaluate the outside guideline promotional application’s profit and loss to seek approval.
c. Communicate with KA and evaluate the price and promotion requirements and seek the Sales Director’s approval if necessary.
2. Provide customer performance insights and balanced scorecard for key customer business reviews and Annual Business Planning (ABP)
a. Support the KA team to provide customer performance review and customer scorecard
b. Provide customer insights and analytics for business planning.
c. Provide annual promotion guidance (responsible channel) through a holistic business review.
d. Manage all ad-hoc projects, partnering with our key customers
e. Support implementation and monitoring of the PTC (Price, Terms, and Conditions) journey
3. Provide commercial priorities as required
a. Complete monthly (or quarterly basis) business reports on time.
b. Support in driving pricing project, including price elasticity and analytics
c. Support in other core commercial capabilities
4. Lead/support the design and implementation of a new TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization) / PVP (Price Volume Profit) tools to support business operations.
a. Working with potential TPO suppliers to develop appropriate tools to evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI via the system, to provide a tool to consolidate all key customers’ promotion applications in the system.
b. Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to develop an appropriate TPO system requirement and evaluate the efficiency to meet company needs.
c. Utilize PVP tool to identify future pricing opportunities to enhance net selling prices.
Qualification Requirements 資格要求:

Related job experience requirement (if external hiring from market), min. academic qualifications/ language ability
- College graduate or above, preferably with a degree in Business Administration/International Business Administration/Economics or a financial-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in the FMCG or Retail-related industry
- Experience in performance evaluation & analysis, promotion planning & evaluation, and customer management is preferred
- RGM (Revenue Growth Management)/commercial-related /retail-related experience is highly preferred
- Excellent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Access, macro, VBA; Power Bl is a plus. Excellent written and oral English (TOEIC 700 or above, or equivalent certification)
