POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support for Taiwan operations, including policy implementation, employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, and business reporting.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Prepare and distribute new hire documents via cloud-based systems.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and escalate any issues to HR Business Partners.
HR Systems & Data Management
• Maintain Workday approvals, ensuring hiring requisitions are completed.
• Input new hire data and manage payroll updates in Apollo.
• Ensure accurate and confidential employee record-keeping.
Employee Documentation & Compliance
• Process HR-related letters, contracts, and personnel file management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support organizational changes and restructuring processes.
Benefits & Training Administration
• Administer employee benefit programs as assigned.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venue booking, materials, and attendance tracking.
HR Operations Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee policy inquiries.
• Assist HR Business Partners with reporting, data analysis, and ad-hoc requests.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. College degree or above;
2. 1+ years of relevant administration experience.
3. Workday experience required.
4. Strong computer skills to include: Excel, Word, email and other business support systems (i.e. SAP, ATS, cloud document service provider, online portals, etc.).
5. Experience working with highly confidential, sensitive information.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and employment practices.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
