Position : Principal, HR Compliance Team Description: The HR Compliance department is looking for human resources experts who will present practical and strategic alternatives to establish and operate a legal and exemplary human resources and labor system. Position : Senior Manager, Compliance You will be a leader to lead partners to conduct product compliance checks to ensure that the products sold by Coupang Taiwan are compliant, and you will be a team player to work with different stakeholders to build or optimize product compliance projects. What will you do? 1). Daily product Compliance operation: · Lead the team on the product compliance onboarding checking and cleanup non-compliance products, and review and correct SDP to avoid noncompliant advertising on SDP, also ensure that operators can achieve the relevant KPIs, such as productivity and quality. · Monitor the product recall announcements issued by different relevant authorities and take necessary actions. 2). Develop product compliance operation project: · Setting up different checkpoints or research on the relevant regulation enables efficient and correct product compliance operation management. · Optimize training program to help operators conduct inspections accurately. · Collaborate with different stakeholders (Legal and compliance, BM, PBS, FC...) on the projects that linked with product compliance. Essential Qualifications: · A minimum of 8 years of related experience in product compliance and team management. · Medical device, Food, BSMI regulatory practice is a plus. · Familiar with Taiwan‘s regulatory requirements and have experience in reviewing the content of related product advertisements. · Ability to speak and write reports clearly in English. · Familiar with excel and pivot · Experience in managing in e-commerce or large retailer is a plus.
