You will work closely with policy owners, tech, and seller-facing teams to drive process improvements, minimize defective listings, and elevate marketplace quality. What will you do? • Oversee the daily review of product listings to detect and correct policy violations. • Implement corrective actions, including seller notifications and listing removal. • Manage communication and enforcement for sellers with repeated or critical violations. • Monitor and ensure accurate product catalog information is displayed to customers. • Collaborate with BI, legal, and policy teams to continuously improve detection logic and policy coverage. • Drive automation opportunities and operational efficiency across the team. • Lead training and knowledge building initiatives across regional compliance teams.
