Role Purpose:
The HRIS Specialist plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations, data integrity, and strategic decision-making. This role ensures the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve employee experience across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
1.System Administration & Maintenance
2.Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS platform.
3.Ensure system configuration aligns with business needs and compliance requirements.
4.Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other platforms.
Data Management & Reporting:
1.Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
2.Develop and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and business leaders.
3.Support data audits and compliance reporting.
User Support & Training:
1.Provide technical support to HR users and employees regarding system functionality.
2.Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for new features or processes.
Project Management:
1.Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, enhancements, and data migrations.
2.Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
