Responsibility:
Supervise the achievement of annual budgets, business plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Actively promote the company‘s products and services to potential new clients.
Request quotes from various airlines and shipping carriers.
Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Develop opportunities for new tradelane and new clients.
Analyze market trends and business performance data, providing effective reports and recommendations to improve operations and increase profitability.
Coordinate resource allocation and collaboration among departments (such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations).
Ensure that company operations comply with regulations (such as Taiwan‘s Company Act, labor laws, etc.).
Build a high-performance team and promote corporate culture and values.
Recruit and develop senior talent (such as vice presidents, department heads, etc.).
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Business, Management, Logistics, or Maritime Management.
Field of Study:
Transportation Management, Maritime Management, Business and Management.
Work Experience:
Over 5 years of experience.
Language Proficiency:
English: Listening | Fluent, Speaking | Fluent, Reading | Fluent, Writing | Fluent.
Computer Skills:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Work Skills:
Business development/channel development, setting and achieving performance targets, preparing performance and management reports, gathering customer intelligence, handling customer complaints.
