Operational Execution and Delivery
• Own execution of the company’s most critical cross-functional initiatives, spanning product readiness, customer deployments, internal operations, and go-to-market coordination.
• Translate ambiguous goals and strategic direction into concrete workplans with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outputs.
• Relentlessly track progress, remove blockers, and ensure commitments turn into delivered results.
• Step in directly to unblock work when necessary rather than acting solely as a coordinator.
Operating Cadence and Accountability
• Design and run operating rhythms including weekly execution reviews, leadership check-ins, and priority tracking.
• Establish clear accountability and decision rights across functions to reduce confusion, duplication, and rework.
• Ensure leadership meetings produce decisions and that decisions are followed through to completion.
Process Building and Institutionalization
• Identify recurring operational failures and design pragmatic SOPs, playbooks, and templates to address them.
• Standardize how work flows through the organization: intake, prioritization, execution, review, and closure.
• Create lightweight documentation and systems that teams actually use, not theoretical frameworks.
CEO/Leadership Leverage and Decision Support
• Prepare decision briefs with clear context, options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Absorb execution noise and follow-ups so the CEO can focus on the highest-leverage strategic and external priorities.
• Represent the CEO/Leadership internally on initiatives where speed, clarity, and authority are required.
