1. Leverage on data to set digital marketing KPIs based on product categories‘ sales goals.
2. Constantly evaluate digital marketing performance and actively look into opportunities to optimize with new creatives and new target audiences to achieve digital marketing goals.
3. Utilize dashboard tools to visualize digital and sales performance. Actively review results and recommend actions.
4. Support in KOL campaigns, such as KOL selection and performance measurement. Drive insights and recommendations to achieve campaign goals.
5. Collaborate with CRM and Marcom team to develop customer communication content (eDM, line messages…etc.)
6. Communicate with media agency and develop appropriate media plan to reach target audiences.
