4. Ensure all of the food with hygiene management regulations
確保所有類別的食品均符合衛生管理的規定。
5. Prepare the annual kitchen budget, effectively execute the budget, and control food costs while reducing dishwashing breakage rates
編列廚房年度預算,有效執行預算與控制食材成本與降低器皿洗滌破損率。
6. Prefer to have HACCP certificate
具備 HACCP 證書尤佳。
