The Duty Manager assists the Front Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the Front Office department. The individual is responsible for ensuring team member‘s productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment.
1. Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/out, accurate billing, and seamless room assignments.
2. Provide exceptional guest service by handling VIP guests, special requests, and resolving service issues efficiently.
3. Support and drive GHA membership enrollment, enhancing guest loyalty and engagement.
4. Monitor financial procedures, including cash handling, receipts, and audit compliance in coordination with the Finance team.
5. Conduct night and day managerial duties, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.
6. Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver Forbes-level service and maintain strong interdepartmental collaboration.
7. Ensure up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

1. 監督每日前廳營運,確保入住與退房流程順暢、帳務正確、房間分配完善。

5. 執行日間及夜間值班經理職責,確保安全、服務及營運品質達到最高標準。
6. 帶領、指導並激勵前廳團隊,確保服務品質符合 Forbes 評鑑標準,並維持良好的跨部門協作。
7. 熟悉飯店最新設施、活動、優惠及在地文化特色,為賓客提供更完善的入住體驗。
