• 規劃與執行KOL / 網紅行銷專案。

• Develop compelling content in both Mandarin and English for the hotel’s social media platforms.
• Plan and manage engaging social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Oversee daily operations of official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LINE), including audience interaction, enquiry response, and channel optimization.
• Conceptualize and execute creative digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Write and distribute EDM newsletters to promote hotel offers and events.
• Update and maintain official website content in coordination with the wider MarCom team.
• Assist in video content planning and production to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to online guest reviews across platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google, C-Trip, Expedia, and Agoda.
• Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing activities from outreach to post-campaign tracking.
• Assist in marketing collateral design and production: Support the creation and execution of marketing materials that align with the brand’s identity.
