Position Title: Program Management Specialist (PMO)
What you‘ll do:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Effectively manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to track, report project critical milestones, stage gates and KPI/ metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage project budgets, track and report spendings vs approved CAPEX funding at a project as well as program level
• Identify project risks ahead in time and incorporate / seek approvals for effective mitigation measures while driving the project risk tracker from end to end
• Collaborate on the long term planning cycles of projects to ensure clear decision alignments and driving two way/one way decisions with the leadership teams
• Act as the primary point of contact between the construction PM teams maintaining clear, unambiguous communication flows
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management, program management, PMO or a related role.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong understanding of developing tools and KPIs for performance tracking and reporting
• Proficiency in budget management, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address project-related risks effectively to seek timely mitigations.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with diverse project stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• A commitment to high-quality, safe, and efficient construction practices, with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communicator who can drive decisions and priorities through stakeholder cross collaboration
