This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position : Sr. Specialist, General Administration · This Sr. Specialist, General Administration aims to deal with daily operation, manage and maintain company properties, oversee asset management, handle office management tasks, exercise budget control and analyze expenditure trends. What will you do? · Manage and maintain company properties, including monitoring property conditions, coordinating repairs, and overseeing renovations or improvements. · This role needs to oversee and travel between 3-4 camps depending on the needs (Northern Taiwan). · Familiar with PR/PO process. · Oversee asset management, including tracking, maintenance, and depreciation schedules. · Handle office management tasks, such as ensuring a clean and functional workspace, managing office supplies, and coordinating office services. · Play a pivotal role in leasing management, including negotiating leases, managing lease agreements, and collaborating with landlords and tenants. · Exercise budget control by developing and monitoring budgets for various aspects of facilities and resource management. · Analyze expenditure trends, identify areas for cost reduction, and propose appropriate solutions. Essential Qualifications: · 5+ years in office management coordination and with good communication skills. · Familiar with project management and administration process. · Fluent English at a professional level. · Previous multi-national work experiences are a big plus.
