Responsibilities: The role is expected to be agile, resilient, open-minded, and self-motivated to foster a global inclusive workplace, including but not limited to: 1. Global Inclusive Workplace (GIW) project management – Lead and manage GIW projects from design, plan, implementation to completion in a timely manner with effective cross-functional teams’ collaborations (such as coordinating GIW program with taskforce team); provide concrete thoughts for implementation and organizes distribution through various promotion channels. 2. Stakeholder engagement and communications – Manage and develop GIW content and regular communication materials (such as GIW newsletter) with multiple stakeholders from strategic perspectives through various platforms by measurable performance and assessment from short-term to long-term goals. 3.
