【OVERVIEW】
We are seeking a full-time Audio Business Development Manager in Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible develop and execute business strategy of Garmin’s audio product line from identify & develop the opportunity, develop channel partners & OEM, provide comprehnesive training to partners. To ensure Garmin’s success in audio market.
【JOB DESCRIPTION】
• Strategic Business Planning: collaborate with key accounts to create and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with Garmin’s brand strategies, driving sales growth and optimizing marketing investments
• New Business Development: identify and secure new business opportunities for the audio product portfolio across the SEA region. Utilize market insights to penetrate new segments.
• Sales Growth & Marketing Initiatives: execute promotional activities and customer collaborations to boost sales and market share. Perform ROI analysis and optimize promotional plans for key accounts.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Work with channel sales team to assign targets to individual distributors based on needing to meet/exceed an overall SEA target.
• A deep, practical, understanding of audio, amplifiers (Amps) and Digital Signal Processors (DSP).
• Collaborate with internal teams within the region to ensure that these initiatives are communicated effectively to the key customers and stakeholders in the region.
• Track, manage, and follow up on all business development activities via CRM system.
• Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to host local events and produce case studies.
• Contract Negotiations: lead contract discussions, offer and tender negotiations with key customers, ensuring favorable terms while fostering long-term relationships
• Performance Reporting: deliver monthly reports on key metrics including turnover, profit, marketing spend, and overall account performance.
【REQUIREMENT】
• Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.
• Prior business development / sales experience with at least 5+ years focused in audio or automotive sector.
• Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual. Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong focus on business development.
• Team Player and coach, who can communicate a compelling vision and is committed to what needs to be done, this person inspires others, instills a make-it-happen mindset.
• Experienced and skilled in building relationships, selling to and negotiating with customer executives.
• Results Driven: Has a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making. The person is capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
• Must have strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to drive change in a multi-dimensional matrix organization. Must also be able to adapt to changing demands and conditions.
• Language Skills – English and any other ASEAN language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
