Responsible for employee career development to make the best use of employees‘ current and future abilities.
- Identifying critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business results
- Developing and managing performance review processes and tools (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation and calibration, process, and results documentation, etc.)
- Analyzing training needs and organizing training programs to reinforce the importance of employee development
- Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
- Supports talent management programs and any other HR initiatives (e.g., succession planning, talent review, coaching, employee wellbeing, engagement, and change management activities, etc.)
推動策略性人力規劃與發展,範圍涵蓋組織設計/職位管理/績效管理/教育訓練,協助員工職涯發展。
- 協助人力資源管理制度的導入、規劃與推動,確保符合經營策略發展需求
- 建立與管理績效目標和評估準則,確保其與公司策略和目標相一致
- 分析發展需求,推定與執行公司訓練發展計畫,並評估訓練發展之成效
- 監控及編列各類費用預算管理報表,以供主管決策參考
- 支援人才管理計劃和任何其他人力資源計劃,包括繼任計劃、人才評估、指導、員工福利、參與和變革管理活動等
