1.蒐集銷售團隊或客戶所反映的產品品質相關問題與抱怨。
2.彙整所有蒐集到的資訊,並進行後續追蹤改善及對策。
3.於 48 小時內完成 D1~D3 階段,並回覆客戶。
4.與同仁合作進行初步分析,並帶領跨部門團隊找出問題根因及擬定解決方案。
5.於 7 個工作天內(緊急案件需更短時限)完成 D4~D7 階段,並由跨部門團隊協助完成最終報告。
6.依客戶需求參與相關會議。
1. Collect Customer/Field quality related complaints from Sales team and/or Customer directly.
2. Put all collected information together for follow up.
3. Finish D1~D3 and get back to customer within 48 hours.
4. Work with colleagues to make preliminary analysis. Lead a cross functional team to dig out root cause and work out solutions.
5. Finish D4~D7 within 7 working days (or shorter in case of emergency). A cross functional team will support to finalize the report.
6. Join the meetings requested by customers.
