【About this role】
The sales strategy team at Garmin focuses on fueling growth and delivering measurable business results. We‘re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit—commercially astute, data-oriented, and quick to spot and seize new opportunities. This role will lead the whole user growth funnel, owning acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies across multiple channels, especially in e-commerce, performance marketing, and paid ads campaign management.
【What you will do】
As a leader based at Taiwan headquarters, you will collaborate closely with the web design, IT, customer service, and local e-commerce teams throughout Asia to:
1. Oversee the alignment of Garmin.com‘s product listings, pricing, and inventory management to maximize growth opportunities and enhance the user experience.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales campaigns on the official website and other e-commerce platforms, including digital advertising channels such as Meta and Google Ads. Adjust promotional strategies and budgets in response to conversion rates and sales outcomes to improve ROAS.
3. Plan, launch, and manage integrated cross-channel campaigns—including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and referral programs—to drive sales growth and boost user engagement.
4. Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion rate, retention, and revenue, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
【What we look for】
1. Over 3 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably within a consumer-focused electronics product and brand.com e-commerce.
2. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently convey growth priorities and outcomes to team members and executive leadership in English.
3. Demonstrated success in delivering measurable growth, with a strong capability to influence key business metrics directly.
4.Outstanding analytical abilities, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in using growth analytics tools.
5. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, thriving in a dynamic, high-paced environment, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
