POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for Taiwan marketing and communication strategy development, budget control, planning and execution of all advertising and promotion, and public relations and customer relations management program (CRM) activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Manage to implement effective advertising and promotion in accordance with Company objectives and Brand Principal‘s standard.
• Create and implement local brand strategy to align with APAC business priorities to ensure global consistency and local relevance
• Manage and deliver marketing strategies across all consumer touch points to fuel demand, raise brand awareness and conversion.
• Lead brand communications strategies together with agency partners, to build brand aspiration via all key consumer touch points channels: press/consumer events, digital media, PR, social media, influencer marketing & celebrity seeding
• Develop, drive & own retail marketing strategy including online and offline events and activations to fuel business growth and brand equity
• Drive collaboration between departments including retail operations, visual merchandising, e-commerce, merchandising as well as APAC marketing peers to deliver and improve marketing deliverables throughout the Go-To-Market process.
• Leverage and integrate market trends and consumer insights to deliver effective consumer led campaigns and brand experiences. Share consumer insights with other departments to nurture consumer led culture across the brand.
• Plan and control marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans. Track and monitor budget on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with sales plans.
• Collaborate with CRM team to design and grow loyalty program and related activities
