【日月光高雄廠】製造儲備幹部／組長招募｜台南｜7/25 南科假日徵才 想進入半導體產業，累積現場管理與生產實戰經驗嗎？ 日月光高雄廠誠徵製造儲備幹部／組長，歡迎應屆畢業生、無相關經驗者加入。我們提供完整教育訓練，帶你從產線管理、人員訓練、機台調度到異常處理，逐步培養成為能獨立帶線、協調資源、解決問題的現場管理人才。 【薪資條件】 依四班二輪排班，月工作約 20 天，以下為含津貼及加班費之薪資試算： 早班約 50,000～55,000 元 夜班約 60,000～65,000 元 實際薪資將依班別、出勤天數、加班時數及公司核薪結果計算。另享公司獎金與相關福利制度。 【工作內容】 生產線人員訓練與管理，包含新人訓練、OJT、內部訓練課程與 SOP 執行確認 人員出勤、加班、請假、排休及現場紀律管理 機台調配、人力安排、物料需求與成本控管 產品異常處理與問題追蹤 WIP 管理、Hot Lot 追蹤、帳料確認 製程相關作業管理，包含 SPC、ECN、TECN、SOP 落實 生產事項推動、現場執行追蹤與跨單位溝通協調 【工作型態】 須配合四班二輪，早晚班輪班，12 小時制，作二休二。 【應徵條件】 我們重視企圖心、邏輯能力、耐心與溝通協調能力。這份工作不只是看數據、追進度，更需要與現場同仁合作，協助團隊穩定生產、解決問題。 【歡迎身份】 無相關經驗者、應屆畢業生皆可投遞。 只要你願意學習、具備責任感，並對半導體現場管理有興趣，我們將提供完整教育訓練，協助你從基礎開始累積管理實力。 7/25（六）南科假日現場徵才，歡迎現場了解與面談。
