協助總部人資主管規劃與推動集團人力資源策略,確保各項人資制度、政策與流程於集團及海外據點有效落實,以支持公司永續成長並提升整體競爭力。
Job Purpose
To support the Head of HR in planning and executing Group human resources strategies, ensuring effective implementation of HR systems, policies, and processes across the Group and overseas locations, thereby supporting sustainable growth and enhancing organizational competitiveness.
主要工作職責
1)組織發展與人資策略執行
協助規劃與推動集團組織發展(OD)與人資策略,依據營運需求提出人力與組織優化建議。
Organizational Development & HR Strategy Execution
Support the planning and execution of Group organizational development (OD) and HR strategies, and provide workforce and organizational optimization recommendations based on business needs.
2)招募與關鍵人才管理
規劃並執行招募與人力配置計畫,主導或參與關鍵及中高階職位之招募流程,確保人才即時到位。
Recruitment & Key Talent Management
Plan and execute recruitment and staffing initiatives, leading or participating in hiring processes for key and mid-to-senior level positions to ensure timely talent acquisition.
3)薪酬與績效制度優化
參與並協助檢視、設計與優化集團薪酬與績效管理制度,確保制度具市場競爭力、公平性與激勵效果,並能有效連結公司策略與員工績效表現。
Compensation & Performance Management Optimization
Participate in reviewing, designing, and enhancing the Group’s compensation and performance management systems to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and effective incentive alignment with business strategy and employee performance.
4)人資制度建立與管理
協助建立、檢視與優化集團人力資源管理制度,並與各地人資單位合作,確保符合當地法令及集團政策。
HR Systems & Policy Development
Assist in establishing, reviewing, and enhancing Group HR systems and policies in collaboration with local HR teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Group frameworks.
5)集團人資政策推動與落實
推動並確保集團人資政策於各單位確實執行,並追蹤執行成效。
Group HR Policy Implementation
Drive and ensure effective implementation of Group HR policies across all units, monitoring execution and effectiveness.
6)跨部門與跨國溝通協調
與各事業單位(BU)總經理及主管保持良好溝通,提供人資專業建議並支援業務需求。
Cross-functional & Cross-regional Collaboration
Maintain effective communication with BU General Managers and business leaders, providing HR professional support aligned with business needs.
7)其他主管交辦事項
協助處理人資相關專案及主管交辦事項。
Other Assigned Tasks
Support HR-related projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
