工作職責:
負責規劃並建立運動鞋開發團隊,包含設計、樣品、技術及材料等職能。
主導運動鞋新品開發專案,從概念設計、打樣、試產到量產導入。
根據市場與客戶需求,規劃產品線方向與開發策略。
與品牌、研發及製造部門協作,確保開發成果符合成本與品質目標。
建立開發流程與標準,提升開發效率與團隊協作能力。
培育開發人員,打造跨部門協作與創新文化。
任職條件:
具 5 年以上運動鞋開發或樣品部管理經驗。
熟悉運動鞋結構、材料、開發流程及試做至量產導入的全流程。
具備跨部門溝通與專案管理能力,能獨立領導團隊執行專案。
具品牌端或國際客戶開發經驗者優先。
具英語溝通能力佳。

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and establish the sports footwear development team, including design, sample, technical, and material functions.
Lead new sports footwear development projects, from concept design, prototyping, and trial production to mass production.
Develop product line direction and development strategies based on market and customer needs.
Collaborate with brand, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure development outcomes meet cost and quality targets.
Establish standardized development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and team collaboration.
Train and mentor development staff to build a culture of cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sports footwear development or sample department management.
Strong knowledge of footwear structure, materials, development procedures, and transition from trial to mass production.
Proven project management and cross-functional communication skills with the ability to lead teams independently.
Experience working with international brands or customers is preferred.
Good command of English communication.
