Keep connection with sales, engineers and NPD team to continuously improve NPD effectiveness by collecting feedback, produce case studies, addressing challenges, and creating FAQ list. • Social media: develop content strategies, create posts, interact with followers; launch online campaign for branding and product promotion, generate leads and standardize reporting. • Search engine: oversee Baidu related operations, formulate and implement SEO/SEM strategy to enhance brand influence in the market, adjust strategies based on performance metrics to drive traffic and increase online visibility. • Manage sales support, e.g., corporate gift plan, and other ad hoc supporting tasks. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluency in English is a must. • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/component industry, e.g., connectors, semiconductor, mechanical, with a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. E-commerce experience is a plus. • Proficient in copywriting, strong social media management skills, including experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms. • Skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing are highly desirable, as the ability to produce visual content will enhance the overall quality of marketing materials. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
