- Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and related tax regulations to manage day-to-day compensation & benefits operations, including payroll, insurance, pension, and time & attendance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency; participate in internal and external audits related to C&B operations.
- Identify opportunities and drive the use of digital tools (including AI, RPA, chatbots, etc.) to automate manual C&B processes and enhance the employee experience; participate in payroll and related system projects from evaluation to roll‑out.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers as a trusted advisor on payroll and benefits matters, handling day‑to‑day employee inquiries, resolving complex cases, and ensuring the consistent and fair application of policies.
- Manage global consultant operations in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive project and business success.
