We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions at our manufacturing site in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, solid knowledge of Mexican labor regulations, and hands-on expertise in HR systems and people management practices within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions, including payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and training & development.
•Oversee and continuously improve HRIS and personnel management systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
•Act as a strategic HR partner to site management, supporting organizational development and business objectives.
•Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and local regulatory requirements, as well as corporate HR policies.
Qualifications
•Minimum 10 years of experience in a human resources management or leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related discipline.
•Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
•Strong practical experience in payroll management, performance appraisal systems, and HR operations.
•In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
•Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation is a strong plus.
