[Job Opening] Postdoctoral Researcher at Prof. Su-Ling Yeh’s Lab, Department of Psychology, National Taiwan University (AI × Psychology / Human-Computer Interaction / Gut-Brain Axis)

[Start Date & Duration] Flexible start date. Initial three-month probationary period, followed by a one-year contract, renewable based on performance.
[Location] Department of Psychology, National Taiwan University, Taipei (Main Campus, convenient transportation near Gongguan MRT Station).
[Responsibilities]
• Lead and execute cross-disciplinary and international research projects: Oversee project progress, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Data analysis and publication: Independently analyze research data (e.g., behavioral, eye-tracking, EEG, physiological signals) and write high-quality English academic papers for publication.
• International and cross-disciplinary collaboration: Communicate and collaborate closely with leading international and domestic research teams.
• Team leadership and mentoring: Co-supervise and mentor lab members, including research assistants, undergraduate, and graduate students.

• Human-Computer Interaction, AI & Psychology, and exploring human cognition and uniqueness in the AI era.
• Mindfulness, emotion, motivation, and well-being.
• Perception, multisensory integration, attention, metacognition, and consciousness.

[Qualifications]
1. Ph.D. degree in Psychology, Cognitive/Neuroscience, or related fields.
2. Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with an open and friendly attitude toward cross-disciplinary communication and coordination.
3. Excellent proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and academic writing) to facilitate smooth international collaboration.
4. Experience in programming (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB) and data analysis for EEG, eye-tracking, physiological signals, or gut microbiome research is highly preferred.
5. Proactive, highly motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct research independently.
[Compensation] Salary is commensurate with NTU (or NSTC) standards for postdoctoral researchers, with potential adjustments based on qualifications, experience, and performance. The package includes labor/health insurance, pension contributions, and a year-end bonus.
