1.管控廠內之生產排程、交期及產量，並提升生產產能降低成本。 2.監控和確實執行產品生產過程與產品品質，訂定生產目標。 3.制定績效標準，定期監督人員工作，給予意見及紀錄考核。 4.負責計畫，指揮有關產品製造的工業活動。 5.管理幹部維持生產品質以及進度。 6.檢查管理工作環境。 7.解決、協調幹部、作業員在日常工作時發生的問題。 8.上級主管交辦事項。
