★ Key Responsibilities ★
1. Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Campaign Leadership:
• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive 360° IMC campaigns across various touchpoints including digital, social media, traditional media, and in-store activations
• Develop and implement local brand plans aligned with global strategy, global brand guidelines, and local business objectives
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, including timelines and budgets, from strategic conceptualization, agency briefing, execution oversight, to post-campaign analysis and reporting
• Work closely with external creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver engaging and high-quality campaigns
2. Brand Social Media Management & Always-on Communication
• Oversee and grow the brand‘s presence and engagement on official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Develop and implement content strategies, community management guidelines, and engagement initiatives to foster a strong online brand community
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to optimize content and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with external social agencies and internal teams to develop engaging, on-brand content every month
3. Market & Data Analysis for Strategic Insights:
• Utilize Nielsen, Kantar, and internal data to monitor category trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and brand performance
• Support monthly Nielsen market reviews with clear and structured analysis
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and execution
4. Product Launch & Operational Excellence:
• Lead and manage the operational processes for new product launches, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing teams
• Provide essential administrative and operational support, including but not limited to, processing purchase orders, managing vendor invoices, coordinating logistics for marketing materials, and maintaining accurate project documentation
• Work closely with global brand teams to ensure alignment and compliance with brand guidelines
★ What We‘re Looking For ★
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Brand Management (for ABM), with a significant portion in the FMCG industry.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to adapt global strategies into effective local executions
• Comfortable working within structured brand guidelines while bringing in local creativity and insights
• Hands-on experience managing brand social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Familiarity with Nielsen and Kantar data, with strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in a matrix organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
• Fluent in English
