Position Summary
The E-Commerce contractor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Royal Copenhagen & Wedgwood e-commerce business during a business transition period.
This role focuses on website operations, product setup, campaign execution, CRM deployment, order management, customer service coordination, and performance reporting to ensure smooth business operations and an exceptional customer experience.
The position will work closely with the Senior E-Commerce Specialist and cross-functional teams to support the ongoing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Operations & Maintenance
* Maintain daily operations of brand e-commerce website.
* Upload and update product information, pricing, descriptions, product imagery, and promotional content.
* Ensure website content accuracy and consistency.
* Support homepage updates, landing page setup, and website merchandising activities.
* Conduct routine website quality checks and coordinate issue resolution with relevant vendors and stakeholders.
2. Product & Campaign Execution
* Execute new product launches, assortment updates, and promotional activities.
* Support implementation of seasonal campaigns, online-exclusive promotions.
* Ensure accurate setup of pricing, promotion mechanics, and campaign content.
3. CRM & Customer Engagement
* Execute EDM, SMS, and other customer communication campaigns.
* Support membership and customer engagement initiatives & assist on CRM campaign performance results.
4. Order Management & Customer Service Coordination
* Monitor daily order processing and fulfillment status.
* Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and payment partners to resolve operational issues.
* Support customer inquiries related to online orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
* Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience throughout the customer journey.
5. Reporting & Administrative Support
* Assist on preparing daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales reports.
* Track key performance indicators including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and average order value.
* Support campaign and product performance analysis.
* Assist in preparing business reviews and management reports.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, and Logistics teams.
* Support e-commerce operational projects and process improvements.
