Summary:
•Primary Person-in-Charge (PIC): Act as the definitive owner for the Global HR (GHR) HCM systems, spearheading the implementation, optimization, and long-term roadmap of our next-generation HR technology.
•Initial Focus (Core Migration): Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR teams globally to ensure the seamless migration, data transfer, and successful launch of the core HCM system (SAP SuccessFactors).
•System Extension & Ecosystem Integration: Post-core go-live, drive the rollout of non-core modules and orchestrate the deep integration of the HCM platform with internal enterprise systems and third-party tools.
•Agentic AI & Digital Transformation: Champion the integration of cutting-edge AI and Agentic AI technologies into HR workflows, fundamentally transforming global HR operations through automation, intelligent assistance, and empowerment.
•Long-Term Governance: Serve as the strategic bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring continuous system iterations perfectly align with and support the global business strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Core HCM Migration & Implementation:
• Project Governance: Drive the global HCM implementation roadmap, managing schedules, budgets, and vendor delivery quality.
• Process Harmonization: Lead global workshops to capture 〝as-is〝 processes and translate them into standardized global 〝to-be〝 system requirements.
• Quality & Go-Live: Oversee UAT, data migration, ensure smooth cut-over, and provide robust hyper-care support post-launch.
Long-Term: Module Extension & Platform Connection:
• Roadmap Expansion: Strategize and execute the subsequent rollout of non-core modules (e.g., advanced performance management, talent development, recruiting).
• Tech Ecosystem: Partner closely with IT to build API connections and data integrations between the HCM and other enterprise systems (ERP, communication/collaboration platforms).
• Continuous Optimization: Iteratively enhance system functionalities and HR service delivery based on user feedback and data analytics.
Future Outlook: Agentic AI & Digital Transformation
• AI Implementation: Explore and deploy Agentic AI tools for high-value scenarios (e.g., automating Performance Management & Development (PMD) form validation, intelligent HR virtual assistants).
• Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and leverage innovative tech to break down traditional workflows, achieving hyper-automation.
• Change Management: Drive a digital mindset shift across global HR teams, elevating the organization‘s overall technological agility.
Stakeholder & Vendor Governance
• Strategic Communication: Regularly report system performance, transformation progress, and future tech investment recommendations to the steering committee and senior executives.
• Vendor Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with vendors, stay abreast of system release updates, and assess their strategic value to the organization.
