Experience with managed services like EKS or GKE is a plus. ● Monitoring & Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry) to ensure system health and quick incident response. ● Automation: Automate repetitive operational tasks and streamline processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python or Bash). ● On-Call Duty: Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems, ensuring high system uptime and rapid incident resolution.
