主要職責
1. Production Infrastructure Ownership
負責 Production Infrastructure 的技術 Ownership，涵蓋：
• Windows / Linux Server
• VM / Virtualization Platform
• Container Runtime
• Database Infrastructure
• Network Service
• Storage / Backup
• Monitoring / Alerting
• Availability / Capacity
需能掌握系統健康狀態、異常判斷、快速恢復及風險改善，並主動識別 Single Point of Failure、Capacity Risk 與 Operational Risk。

2. Major Incident & Troubleshooting
具備跨 Layer Troubleshooting 能力，可由：
Application → Container / Service → OS → Database → Network → Infrastructure
逐層定位問題。
負責或參與：
• Major Incident Handling
• Problem Isolation
• Root Cause Analysis
• Recovery / Workaround
• Permanent Fix
• Post-Incident Review
• Preventive Action
不只恢復服務，也需找出 Root Cause，避免相同問題重複發生。

3. Server、Platform & Container Environment
負責 Windows Server、Linux Server、VM、Virtualization 與 Container Environment 的維運及改善，包括：
• CPU / Memory / Disk / I/O 分析
• OS Patch / Security Hardening
• Service / Resource Management
• Docker / Container Lifecycle
• Image / Version Management
• Container Registry
• GitLab Runner / CI/CD
• Deployment / Rollback
具 Kubernetes 或其他 Container Orchestration 經驗者佳。
並協助建立：
Build → Release → Deploy → Verify → Rollback
標準流程。

4. Database、HA & Reliability
具備 Microsoft SQL Server、PostgreSQL 基礎維運及問題分析能力，包括：
• Database Health Check
• Connection Troubleshooting
• Backup / Restore
• Capacity / Performance Monitoring
• Database Job / Replication
• HA / Failover
• Upgrade / Migration Support
同時參與 Production System Reliability 設計與改善，包括：
• High Availability
• Load Balancer / VIP
• Health Check / Failover
• Redundancy
• Backup / Restore
• Disaster Recovery
不取代專職 DBA，但需具備問題判斷及適時 Escalation 能力。

5. Multi-Site Infrastructure Governance
參與 Asia Operation Infrastructure 的標準化與治理，降低不同 Site 長期獨立維護造成的環境漂移。
負責或協助標準化：
• OS / Base Image / Container / Middleware Version
• GitLab / Runner / Harbor / Registry
• Configuration
• Deployment Process
• Monitoring Standard
• Backup Policy
並建立：
• Infrastructure / Version Baseline
• Configuration Standard
• Upgrade / Rollback Procedure
• Site Difference Record
確保不同 Site 的環境維持可預期、可追蹤及可管理。

6. Monitoring、Backup & Recovery
建立並持續改善 Infrastructure、Server、Application、Database、Container、Availability 與 Capacity Monitoring。
熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、Zabbix、ELK / OpenSearch 或其他 Monitoring Platform 者佳。
需能規劃：
• Monitoring Item
• Alert Threshold
• Critical Alert
• Noise Reduction
• Dashboard
並負責或主導：
• Backup Strategy
• Backup Verification
• Restore Test
• Recovery Procedure
• Disaster Recovery Exercise
確保 Backup 不只是存在，而是真正具備 Restore 與 Recovery 能力。

7. Automation & Standardization
主動辨識重複性維運工作，透過：
• Python
• PowerShell
• Shell Script
• API
• CI/CD
• Configuration Management
• Infrastructure Automation
逐步實現：
Manual → Scripted → Automated → Observable
應用於 Health Check、Log Collection、Version Check、Environment Validation、Deployment / Backup Verification 及 Multi-Site Configuration Comparison。
同時建立與維護：
• Infrastructure Standard
• Architecture Diagram
• SOP / Runbook
• Troubleshooting Guide
• Recovery / Upgrade / Deployment Procedure
• Known Issue / RCA Report
• Configuration Baseline
將個人經驗轉化為可複製、可傳承的團隊標準。

8. Production Support & Technical Leadership
需理解 Production Continuity、Manufacturing System Dependency、MES / Shop Floor System、Equipment Integration、Factory Network 及 Production Database。
並與 FIS、MES、Application、Network、DBA、Automation / Equipment Engineer 及 Factory User 協同處理 Production Issue。
同時協助 Junior Engineer 提升能力，包括：
• Troubleshooting Review
• SOP / Runbook 建立
• 技術知識分享
• 問題 Escalation
• Infrastructure Change Review
• Engineering Standard 建立
不一定負責正式人員管理，但需具備 Technical Leadership、Ownership 與跨團隊協作能力。
