•Position Summary
To lead and expand our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and CPE business across APAC and European markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic customer engagement, partner development, and close collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
•Key Responsibilities
1.Own and drive FWA & CPE sales strategy across APAC and Europe.
2.Manage and grow key customer accounts, including:
-Tier-1 / Tier-2 CPE branding/carriers
-Broadband gateway, router, and FWA device branding
3.Leverage existing relationships with customers and develop new engagements.
4.Lead customer RFQs/RFPs from opportunity identification through design win and mass production.
5.Work closely with Product Management, R&D, and FAE teams to align customer requirements, product roadmap, and technical solutions.
6.Drive pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
7.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer roadmaps in FWA, CPE, and broadband markets.
8.Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
