台灣市場經理將負責帶領台灣市場的通路行銷、電商、品牌管理及所有市場內容資產管理。此職位需推動結構化商業計畫、數位成長與品牌定位,同時管理各類行銷素材、影片及其他創意資產的製作。該職位將帶領市場專員,並與業務、營運及區域市場團隊密切合作。
主要職責
一、通路行銷
1. 制定並執行年度通路行銷策略,對齊營收及合約成長目標
2. 設計銷售團隊推動方案
3. 建立產業別行銷方案(餐飲、零售、製造、物流等)
4. 建立標準化銷售工具包(型錄、案例分享、提案模板、標案支援資料)
5. 管理通路行銷預算並確保投資效益
6. 支援大型標案、續約及商業談判
7. 與財務團隊協作,確保價格控管及渠道一致性
二、電商與數位平台管理
1. 制定台灣數位獲客策略(以B2B為主,部分B2C入門方案)
2. 管理與優化線上平台
3. 包括品牌官網及潛在客戶開發渠道
4. 優化CPL、CAC及轉換率表現
5. 建立內容行銷策略,專注於蟲害防制與衛生認知
6. 強化企業潛在客戶獲取與管道
三、品牌管理與市場內容
1. 強化LBS品牌作為專業蟲害防制及衛生服務專家的定位
2. 將區域性活動及策略在台灣落地
3. 主導新服務上市策略
4. 管理各類行銷素材製作:型錄、簡報、標案文件模板
5. 監督影片、動畫及數位/線下創意資產製作
6. 確保所有素材及渠道品牌一致性
7. 監測市場趨勢、法規及競爭動態
四、商業及績效管理
1. 負責台灣市場行銷預算及資源運用效率
2. 追蹤活動ROI及數位獲客指標
3. 提供數據驅動的成長建議

Position Overview
The Taiwan Marketing Manager will lead Trade Marketing, E-commerce, Brand Management, and all Marketing Content initiatives in Taiwan.
This role is responsible for driving structured commercial programs, digital growth, and brand positioning, while managing the production of marketing materials, video content, and other creative assets.
The position manages Marketing Executive/Coordinator and works closely with Sales, Operations, and Regional Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Marketing
*Develop and execute annual Trade Marketing strategy aligned with revenue and contract growth targets
*Design structured activation programs for Key Accounts and channel partners
*Build industry-focused campaigns (F&B, retail, manufacturing, logistics etc.)
*Develop standardized sales toolkits (brochures, case studies, proposal templates, tender support materials)
*Manage trade marketing budget with ROI discipline
*Support major tenders, renewals, and commercial negotiations
*Ensure pricing governance and channel consistency with finance team
2. E-commerce & Digital Lead Generation
*Develop Taiwan digital acquisition roadmap (B2B & selective B2C entry packages)
*Manage and optimize online platforms
*Corporate website and lead-generation channels
*Optimize CPL, CAC, and conversion performance
*Develop content marketing strategy focused on pest control and hygiene awareness
*Strengthen inbound lead pipeline and SME acquisition
3. Brand Management & Marketing Content
*Strengthen LBS brand positioning as a professional pest control and hygiene service expert
*Localize regional campaigns to Taiwan market
*Lead go-to-market strategy for new services
*Manage creation and production of marketing materials: brochures, sales decks, tender templates
*Oversee video production, animations, and creative assets for digital and offline campaigns
*Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels
*Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities
4. Commercial & Performance Management
*Own Taiwan marketing budget and spending efficiency
*Track campaign ROI and digital acquisition metrics
*Provide data-driven growth recommendations
