We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow strategic OEM business. The candidate should have strong experience in OEM/ODM business management, international sales, cross-functional project coordination and executive-level customer engagement.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, coordinating product and program execution and serving as the primary interface between the customer and internal teams including R&D, product management, operations and supply chain.
Excellent English speaking and writing for communication and presentation skill.
Serve as the primary commercial contact for all business-related matters.
Develop and manage annual sales budget, revenue targets and business growth plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead OEM/ODM business negotiations including pricing, contracts, forecast and commercial terms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and mass production execution.
Manage customer demand forecast, inventory planning and supply chain coordination.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align product roadmap with customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments in endpoint computing, thin clients, cloud workspace, and enterprise IT solutions.
Support customer visits and strategic planning discussions.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, quarterly business reports, and management presentations.
Execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
