Description
As a member of the Experience Design team, you will be working closely with the designers and product development team to provide market intelligence and consumer insights.
Role and Responsibilities:
1.Market/Industry Intelligence – be an expert on the latest industry, market, and competition development. Be able to leverage and integrate this intelligence into product and design directions.
2.Consumer Insights Interpretation – observe and digest consumer trends/primary data and be able to interpret them into meaningful product solutions and explore potential design opportunities.
3.Go-to-market Planning - support strategic planning and provide analytical guidance on business unit activities and assist in providing industry business insights for product development & go-to-market plan.
4.Work across all aspects of data from desk research, outsourcing reports, consumer trend articles, and database/platforms into simple visualizations and actionable recommendations for designer teams and internal stakeholders
5.Independently organize daily work activities and be a self-motivator.
