水療與健身房副理能夠掌控和管理水療中心、健身房及泳池正常運營,同時具備獨自處理客人投訴。協助水療總監/經理管理和提升員工,能夠有面試、培訓、計畫、監督員工表現、紀律和完成所有員工考勤的能力,能夠熟練操作電腦和辦公軟體,知道如何去分析水療及健身房營業額指數和水療及健身房針對的客人類型,參與水療季節性促銷的設計, 清楚如何建立客戶關係保持客戶粘性.
1.協助水療總監管理和提升員工。
2.出色的銷售技巧,能抓住所有潛在的業務,協助水療總監完成每月預算。
3.瞭解富比士五星水療標準, 培訓員工, 貫徹執行確保運營的順暢。
4.能夠負責所有部門相關物資和資產的管理,包括採購、庫存、倉儲和成本有效使用,根據標準以確保順利運作。
5.有良好的跨部門溝通能力,協助完成部門活動提供專業的支持。
6.能夠接受水療中心及健身房所有不同崗位的培訓。
7.在任何緊急或不安全的情況下都要做出適當的反應。
8.能夠持續的交接重要資訊給到水療總監。
9.具備預見風險的能力,確保避免不必要的損失。
The Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager will cover and manage the spa, pool, and gym daily operation, handle guest complaints by themselves, and assist the Director of Spa & Wellness / Spa & Wellness manager with supervising, managing, and growing all recreation staff. Have the ability to interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, discipline, and complete payroll for all personnel who report to him/her. Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager have a good mastery of computer and any office software and knows about how to analyze spa revenue statistics and spa guest type. Creating spa seasonal promotions, knowing how to build customer relationships and keep customers engaged.
1. Assist the Director of the Spa with the supervision, management, and growth of all Spa staff
2. Excellent sales skills to capture all potential business and assist the spa Director in meeting the monthly budget.
3. Understand Forbes 5 Star Spa standards, train staff and implement them to ensure smooth operation.
4. The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage, and cost-effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to Standards to ensure smooth operation.
5. Good cross-departmental communication skills to assist in completing departmental activities and to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
6. The ability to be cross-trained in all functions of The Spa and gym.
7. The ability to respond properly in any Resort emergency or unsafe situation.
8. The ability to maintain a log with important information to be passed on to the Director of Spa & Wellness / Spa & Wellness manager.
9. The ability to anticipate risks to ensure that unnecessary losses are avoided.
