Job Summary: The HR Senior Staffing Specialist is responsible for leveraging their HR domain know-how to plan and drive the implementation of various HR programs. In addition to program development, this role requires a strong capability in using Tableau for planning and executing sophisticated reporting. You will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making, providing valuable insights to the HR function.
Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with HR teams, business leaders to deliver high-quality HR programs and initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations
