職責要求
1.業務策略與商業開發 | Strategic Planning & Business Development
• 制定並推動公司中長期業務發展計畫,聚焦 CGT 市場與病毒載體商業應 用。 Develop and implement mid-to-long term business strategies focused on the CGT market and viral vector commercialization.
• 主動開發策略合作夥伴、CDMO 項目與跨國生技公司之商機。 Proactively identify and pursue partnership opportunities with CDMOs and global biopharma companies.
• 擬定國際市場進入策略,協調資源推動全球化佈局。 Formulate international market entry strategies and coordinate resources for global expansion.
2.客戶拓展與專案管理 | Client Acquisition & Project Management
• 建立並深化與潛在客戶(生技公司、臨床機構等)之合作關係。 Build and strengthen partnerships with potential clients including biotech firms and clinical institutions.
• 引導客戶從初期諮詢到專案簽約及執行,提供客製化解決方案。 Lead clients through the full project cycle—from initial consultation to contract signing and execution—offering customized solutions.
• 管理多個業務開發管道,確保業績目標達成。 Manage a pipeline of business opportunities to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
3. 品牌推廣與市場能見度 | Brand Promotion & Market Visibility
• 執行市場推廣活動,參與國際會展與論壇,提升品牌知名度。 Promote marketing campaigns; represent the company at international conferences and forums to enhance brand visibility.
• 商業提案文件製作與簡報。 Prepare and present business proposals.
4.跨部門協調與營運支持 | Cross-functional Coordination
• 與研發、製造、品質、法規等部門協作,確保專案順利落地。 Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful project execution.
• 協調內部資源以快速回應客戶需求與變化。 Coordinate internal resources to respond rapidly to client requirements and market shifts.
