在這個角色中,你將負責會員經營、O+O策略、AI CRM應用及異業合作,透過數據洞察與精準溝通,持續提升會員價值與生意成長。
1. 會員點數與異業合作經營
• 管理會員點數活動、兌點中心及會員活化機制
• 規劃異業合作與點數交換計畫
• 提升會員參與度、回購率及點數價值
2. Social CRM與會員轉換
• 規劃LINE會員分眾溝通策略
• 推動Fan-to-Member轉換及會員成長計畫
• 優化EC會員體驗與數位轉換成效
3. O+O會員經營與VIP策略
• 推動O+O會員轉換與留存策略
• 規劃大型會員活動及VIP專案
• 提升會員生命周期價值與銷售貢獻
4. AI CRM與顧客洞察
• 運用AI工具分析顧客行為與旅程
• 建立數據驅動之會員經營策略
• 將洞察轉化為高效會員活化方案
5. CRM績效管理與跨部門合作
• 分析會員、銷售及市場數據
• 管理會員溝通及合作夥伴關係
• 提供集團與高層相關報告與營運團隊密切合作
1. Points Program & Cross-Over Expansion Management
1-1 Manage Member Point Expansion, Redemption Center, and point campaigns to drive point velocity, activation, and purchase frequency.
1-2 Execute strategic cross-over partnerships and point exchange programs to maximize redemption engagement and enhance points value.
2. Social CRM & Digital Conversion Management
2-1 Lead LINE BC engagement and data-driven segmented broadcasting strategies to maximize interaction and digital-to-store conversions.
2-2 Execute Fan-to-Member conversion initiatives and optimize EC user experience to systematically expand the active membership base.
3. O+O Strategy & Segmented Program Development
3-1 Drive O+O Conversion & Retention TMP strategies to ensure seamless omnichannel integration and customer lifecycle value growth.
3-2 Launch major Wow Events (e.g., WoW Beauty) and key VIP initiatives for targeted or high-value segments to accelerate sales.
3-3 Analyze segment and campaign performance to continually adjust engagement tactics and maximize customer retention.
4. AI CRM Implementation & Optimization
4-1 Leverage advanced AI tools to enhance customer journey mapping and generate data-driven consumer insights.
4-2 Translate AI-generated insights into actionable, high-converting customer engagement and activation strategies.
5. Day-to-Day Management & Core Operations
5-1 Analyze CRM, market, and sales data to deliver actionable insights and drive immediate business actions.
5-2 Manage comprehensive member communication channels, supplier alignment, and external business partner collaborations.
5-3 Deliver CRM performance reporting, tracking, and strategic reviews across local, regional, and Group levels.
