【Key Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for full-spectrum HR management (HR Full Function), including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
2. Develop and maintain HR policies and management guidelines to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with local labor laws.
3. Drive and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to improve process efficiency, data transparency, and decision-making support.
4. Optimize HR organizational structure and functional capabilities to strengthen cross-department collaboration and support the achievement of business objectives.
